Backed by vines, the magnificent red sandstone buildings are set in acres of meadow and woodland. Situated on a hilltop opposite the medieval village of Curemonte, the views are breathtaking.<br /> &nbsp; The property consists of the main house, cottage and barn.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>There is a large 14 x 7 metre swimming pool, which can be floodlit at night. The shallow end is 1 metre, shelving to 1 metre 50, making ideal for both adults and children. Adjacent to the pool is the magnificent upper level of the barn, an ideal area for table tennis, billiards, table football or even a piano recital on the baby grand piano, and a shady place for children to play out of the sun.</font><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Times; mso-fareast-font-family: \'Times New Roman\'; mso-font-kerning: 14.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"><font style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff" face="Trebuchet MS" color="#666666">The buildings are situated in one hectare of grounds, providing ample space for games of boules, badminton, volleyball etc. The less energetic can simply relax with aperitifs as the sunsets over Curemonte. Landscaping has enhanced the feeling of space, providing terraced areas around the pool and houses.<br /> &nbsp; The main house<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>(sleeps 10) and cottage (sleeps 4) are available for rental, both houses having been restored to a high standard incorporating many original features such as stone walls, exposed beams and open fireplaces.</font></span></span>
