It is very suitable for families with a secure terrace&nbsp;&amp; no road directly in front of the property.<br /> This is a great base to explore the local palm lined sandy beaches,&nbsp;pretty vinyards,&nbsp;or the stunning rock pools of the mountains. It is wonderful walking &amp; cycling country.<br /> There are many pretty &amp; interesting towns &amp; villages to visit nearby, such as Ceret with it's popular market &amp; romantic medieval Collioure.<br /> Restaurants in this area remain good value &amp;&nbsp;I am happy to recommend you our favourites. Fresh melt in the mouth&nbsp;fish is a speciality here.<br /> Spain is 20 minutes drive away with it's pine backed coves. This is an area of Spain where&nbsp;much&nbsp;remains undeveloped. Barcelona &amp; Girona are within day trip range.<br /> With an average of 300 days of sun a year, mild&nbsp;winters hot summers &amp; little rain, this is a place where you can really relax, slow down &amp; enjoy the local wine.<br /> </font></p>
